个人简介 泮燕红,教授,国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者(2019)。主要从事古生物学,古生态学和分子埋藏学研究。迄今共发表同行评议学术论文50余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者在PNAS, NSR, Palaeontology, Palaios, Journal of Paleontology, Lethia等国际期刊上发表论文20篇。参与编写的专著3部,主编论文专辑2册(第一客座主编1册)。

研究背景 自达尔文以来,研究人员就试图揭示环境与生物之间相互关系及其演化历史。当前气候和生态系统的变化对人类社会造成了重大社会经济影响。为了更深入地了解地球生态系统的演化和发展趋势,越来越多的科研力量投入到研究地史时期生物和环境变化的过程中,通过从漫长的地质历史中汲取经验和认识,致力于寻找可供参考的演化趋势。深时化石记录作为这一重要主题的主要研究对象,却存在着先天不足,其中一个重要原因是化石记录中普遍存在的保存偏差,它影响着对个体、种群和群落特征的重建。这些偏差包括选择性降解软组织,由于化石的成分、形状或类型以及其与沉积环境的关系导致不同的保存率。另外,均时作用、搬运距离和影响保存潜力的局部环境效应,以及沉积环境对个体大小的选择性保存偏差也是影响因素。最后,由于采样方法引入的人为偏差同样是一个难以量化但重要的问题。这种真实存在的偏差使我们很难判断一个古生态系统究竟拥有多少物种?或者化石记录中是否可能缺少了一个关键的生态类型?然而,特异埋藏的化石宝库为解决这些问题提供了希望。这些特异埋藏的化石宝库因其相对完整且瞬时地反映原生态系统的信息,已成为人们研究地史时期生态系统和生命演化的重要窗口。尽管这些特异埋藏的化石宝库提供了大量解剖学和生物学的信息,但没有一个化石地点能够完美复制生物群落的所有解剖学和生态信息,它们仍然是不完整的。由于保存和采样等问题引入了错误和偏差,即使是研究特异埋藏化石宝库,我们获得的信息也很可能是扭曲的真相。我想这是我们开展埋藏学和古生态学研究的独特意义所在。 开授课程深时地球生命 科研项目1. 特异保存化石的分子埋藏学研究,国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目,130万,202002022(主持)。 2. 特异保存化石的分子埋藏学,科学院先导科技专项(B)类子课题,400 万,2018-2023 (主 持)。 3. 鸟类β-角蛋白的演化:基于特异保存化石材料的分析,国家自然科学基金面上项目,66 万,2019-2022 (主持)。 4. 热河生物群特异保存的软体组织的埋藏学研究,中国科学院青促会项目,80 万, 2017-2020 (主持)。 5. 热河生物群水生动物化石的特异埋藏,国家自然科学基金面上项目,108 万,2015-2018 (主持) 6. 四川盆地侏罗系非海相双壳类化石群落演化,国家自然科学基金青年科学基金,24 万, 2012-2014 (主持) 7. 西川盆地侏罗系非海相双壳类化石,现代古生物学与地层学国家重点实验室系统古生物学与地层学基础性项目,20 万,2011-2013 (主持) 此外多次作为骨干或一般人员,参加基础科学研究中心合作项目,若干基金委、中科院 的重大项目。 学术成果发表论文(“#”共同第一作者;“*”通讯作者;未标识的论文:第一作者同时也是唯一 通讯作者)。 2.
